GDPR Notice

This notice complements our Privacy Policy with the specifics required by the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the rights and information below apply to you.

1. Data controller

The controller for any personal data processed in connection with claurix.com and the auto-update channel of ClaurixTerm is:

2. What we hold centrally

For the ClaurixTerm desktop app: nothing. The app does not phone home, has no accounts and no central database.

For the claurix.com website, we hold only standard nginx access-log entries (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and capacity reasons. Retention: 30 days. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — operating and securing a website).

3. What leaves your device when you use AI agents

When you trigger a prompt to one of the bundled AI agents, your prompt and any context you've added (file contents, command output you choose to share) travel from your device directly to that provider's API using your own credentials. SRG DOOEL is not a processor for those requests — there is no SRG-controlled server in the loop. Each provider acts as an independent controller (or, depending on your contract with them, a processor for you):

You choose which agents to enable (paste their API key) and which prompts to send. If you don't paste a key, that provider receives nothing.

4. International transfers

Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Where the data you send constitutes personal data, transfers occur under the provider's own Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards published in their privacy policies (linked above).

5. Your rights

You always have the following rights, even where — as for ClaurixTerm — we hold no data:

• Access — ask whether and what data we hold tied to your identity.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion (e.g. of nginx log entries tied to a known IP).
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Macedonian Agency for Personal Data Protection (azlp.mk) or your local EU/UK supervisory authority.

For rights concerning data Anthropic, OpenAI or Google hold about your AI usage, please direct the request to those providers — we cannot exercise rights on their behalf.

6. Cookies on claurix.com

The website itself does not set tracking cookies, run analytics or load social-network embeds. Cloudflare's bot-protection cookie (__cf_bm) may be set on your request — it's a strictly-necessary security cookie, not used for tracking.

7. Changes

If this notice changes materially, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and reference the change in a ClaurixTerm release note. Continued use after the change date constitutes acknowledgement.
